Shipping arrangements are agreed for each order.
This policy covers samples and wholesale orders. Shipping methods, Incoterms and timing are confirmed in the individual agreement.

Available markets depend on the product, volume and import rules. Before a sample or quote, we confirm the destination, importer of record and suitable shipping arrangements.
International shipping arrangements
International shipping arrangements, Incoterms and the pickup or delivery schedule are agreed for each order, based on the destination, volume, stock, milling, packing and customs arrangements.
Shipping, duty and other costs
Prices are quoted in USD, with volume pricing available for orders of 100 kg or more. Product prices, transport charges, duties, import taxes, customs fees, bank charges and responsibility for these costs are confirmed in writing before order confirmation. The current 40 g sample offer is USD 15 per cultivar, including international shipping, subject to confirmation before payment.
Pickup or delivery timing
Timing differs for stock, samples, milling, packing, reservations and allocations. The confirmed schedule is set out in the written quotation or agreement.
Delay in transit
Customs, weather, carriers or import rules may cause delay. We share available tracking and known information and support reasonable coordination.
Cancellation
Contact us if you need to change or cancel an order or request a return. Applicable conditions and any charges are agreed in writing before order confirmation. Buyer-preference returns are subject to the agreed terms. Please obtain return instructions before sending goods back.

Damage, wrong item or non-conformity
Please report damage, incorrect goods or suspected non-conformity promptly to contact@originleafjapan.com, with order and lot details, photos and storage information where available. Any replacement, refund or other resolution follows the applicable agreement and law.
B2B specific terms
For repeat supply, reservation, allocation, OEM, custom packing or large orders, the quote, order form or contract may take priority.
